The talk asks who answers for what an AI system does. It is written for business audiences, without reciting statutes: what has moved, what has not, and which decisions management has to take now.
Live format
Kód vs. Kódex (Code vs. Codex), live
A developer and a lawyer on one stage, the developer at the keyboard and me on the legal consequences, narrated in real time: what an ungoverned AI workspace leaks and a governed one catches. Presented twice; the technical set-up is agreed with the organiser in advance.
Workshop
One map for every rule that applies to you
Working sessions for boards and for legal, security and HR teams: the GDPR, the AI Act, NIS2 and DORA mapped onto your own systems, vendors and decision rights. Every action leaves the room with an owner and a next step.
For programme directors: I have spoken at AI Summit Budapest every year since 2023. Keynotes, panels, workshops and live demonstrations, in English or Hungarian; the format I like best is the one with the developer at the keyboard. A short e-mail with the date, the audience and the format is all it takes: janos.kopasz@drkj.hu.
