Nature of this site

This website is the personal site of a practising Hungarian attorney (ügyvéd), and it is maintained in accordance with the rules applicable to attorneys’ websites, including the Hungarian Bar Association’s ethical code. It publishes professional commentary and editorial content and describes the areas in which I advise; it accepts no instructions, and no lawyer-client relationship is created by reading it, by writing to the addresses on it or by booking an AI coffee. I work at Taylor Wessing’s Budapest office as Counsel and Head of the IT, Data & Cyber practice, and I hold an individual bar registration with the Budapest Bar Association (egyéni ügyvéd, KASZ 36063531; iroda: 1051 Budapest, Dorottya utca 1.).
