This website is the personal editorial site of a practising Hungarian attorney (ügyvéd), and it is maintained in accordance with the rules applicable to attorneys' websites, including the Hungarian Bar Association's ethical code. It publishes professional commentary and editorial content; it does not advertise specific legal services, it accepts no instructions, and no attorney-client relationship is created by reading it or by writing to the addresses on it. I practise as Counsel and Head of an IT, Data & Cyber practice in Budapest, and I hold an individual bar registration with the Budapest Bar Association (egyéni ügyvéd, KASZ 36063531; iroda: 1051 Budapest, Dorottya utca 1.).
